Adidas first officially launched its Boost sole technology in 2013. Two years later, the Ultraboost and innovated and what started as an innovation in performance quickly became a revolution in style and comfort. Four years on and the and next evolutionary stage is nearly complete. Finally, the long await has come to an end.

The Ultraboost 19 is now lighter, faster, and even more comfortable than its predecessor, rebuilt and reconstructed from the ground up.
Sam Handy, vice president of design Adidas running explained, “We tore up the rule book. We challenged the status quo of what a running shoe should be and how it should be created. We enlisted runners from all over our network to be a part of this process, with one goal in mind – to create the most responsive, performance-driven version of the adidas Ultraboost possible.”
